CDP

To the left is the former inmate with her relatives at 

CDP being the short form for Community Development Project. This is Word Alive Tanzania's Social/community responsibility arm which links the church and her surrounding society. Through CDP we have been able to visit prisons, help prisoners, spiritually, materially and legally. Our prison visits have seen inmates released, bailed, rehabilitated, reconciled back to the community and supported economically with some now running and managing their own businesses.

Also through our  Community Development Project, we have been able to reach out to drug addicts some of whom gave their lives to Christ, we also visit hospitals orphanages and people with HIV/AIDS whom we usually give material and spiritual support.
